It is not easy to find an agent who is equipped with good knowledge of the property market, but it is even harder to find a trustworthy and dependable agent who always put their client's interest first. I engaged JW for two of my property transactions recently, and he was able to do a detailed analysis of the transaction (taking into account my personal situation and finances), explaining and brainstorming clearly with me the pros and cons of each option. When we decided to sell our unit during the circuit breaker, we were very worried if it was possible without physical viewings. However, Lee was hopeful and positive.
